Erald Dika is born in Albania in 1988. In 2013, he graduated from La Sapienza University (Rome) and concurrently attended various workshops on filming techniques, post-production and visual effects. In 2019 he graduated in directing and editing at ZeLIG - Documentary School in Bolzano. In the same period he made several documentaries and fiction short films, with good response from the public at various festivals. In 2019 he directed Neverland, a feature film that won various international awards, including the First Steps Award from the Deutsche Filmakademie. In 2023 he co-founded Korabi, an independent film production company based in Bolzano. Following some personal projects titled "13 March" (2021) and "Una apis nulla apis" (2022), for Korabi is director of "L'Albania in Alto Adige" (2023), "Hotel Paradiso" (post-production, 2024) and "A mano a mano" (development, 2023). He is a member of the Deutsche Filmakademie.
