Giedre Narusyte Boots

Giedrė Narušytė Boots is a scenographer, theatre maker, audio-visual artist, animation director and animator. In 1995 she graduated in Scenography at Vilnius Academy of Arts, Lithuania and moved to Belgium, where she continued her studies at School of Arts KASK Ghent. For two decades she took part in different interdisciplinary art projects. She made installation art, performances, illustration, paintings and exhibited her works in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Czech Republic and Lithuania. Her special focus was on art, theatre and animation for children and with children.
In 2018 she completed her Master degree at School of Arts in Gent as an audiovisual artist, animation film. She directed six short animated films and all of them find the way to the festivals.
