I am a Romanian freelance filmmaker interested in documentary film and new media. I graduated the film school in Romania and had many scholarship experiences in South Korea, Turkey and Valencia, during my master degree. I was a resident artist in France, Sweden and Italy and I participated in many workshops around the world, like: Aristoteles, Storydoc, Interaction, Nisimasa,Transylvania Talent Lab etc... My last documentary film "As You Like It" was officially selected in over 40 festivals around the world festivals like: Karlovy-Vary, DOK Leipzig etc, winning awards like: best image, best social documentary, public prize and best short film.
I worked as a multimedia coordinator, cinematographer and maybe the most important, as a film director (films: 4GeneRelation Women, As You Like It, Connection Lost and various video-installations). I am still active in all the fields listed above, with a focus on cinematography and I develop projects beyond geographic or mind borders.

This web docu is a collection of stories about 4generations of women from the same family,developed in many countries of the world.The aim of each family-story is to question the power of gene-relations while observing women’s capacity of adaptation to the cultural values of the society they live in
